Can I bring my whole family?

This photography concept in category are family portraits. The is crafted for the immediate family members. Mom, Dad, Siblings, Grandparents. There is not a limit or extra cost for the number of children or people at the session. You can have one child or 5+ children. The more people interacting with Santa means less individual time for each. Back to back sessions may be needed to accommodate a large family this allows nothing rushed.

Are pets allowed?

In short, no. Pet with Santa Sessions available at request for weekdays.

Can I show up to your studio and book my session?

No. That is not how this works, this is not the mall. Things need to be prepared and planned for the magic to happen throughout our set.

How much is this session?

There are 3 Santa Storybook Packages to choose from: Packages start at $175

Can I decide what session I want after?

You can pre-register at the $150 session and decide to upgrade at the actual session (if space and time is available) or when you see your proofs.

How do I see my proofs?

You will set up an Image Reveal Appointment within 1-2 days after your Santa Experience. At that appointment you will choose your favorite images from your Santa Experience. (The number of proofs depend on which Santa Experience you choose and the interaction of the kids with Santa)

I signed up for the Deluxe Session but I think I want the Basic Session now. Is it too late to switch?

Yes. When you book the session you are reserving that time with those activities and no one else can book that spot. If you are unsure of the session you want I would suggest starting with the Basic one and then upgrading the day of if it's available.

What if there is a family emergency or my kid is sick the day of the event?

While there are no refunds for this event, if you have a honest family emergency (not I don't feel like going today or my child is throwing a fit, etc.) You can apply the payment as a credit to a future family session with me if I am available. Keep in mind though that session won't involve Santa and my schedule is very limited for sessions through the end of the year. 

What if my child cries or is scared?

That may happen and Santa is well trained on how to deal with shy/upset/cranky/moody children. If all else fails and the child is pouting or crying it makes for some hilarious images to look back on and share with future spouses lol.

What should my children and/or family wear?

That is totally up to you! Adults do not have to be in the picture with Santa, however, they may want to be dressed up anyways in case a child is nervous and mom or dad have to hold them in their lap near Santa. Also if you are looking for a great portrait for a family Christmas Card, at the end of the session we can leave time to take the "traditional" look and smile family photo. Cute ideas are matching outfits (either casual or Sunday best dressed up depending on your family's style) or pajamas.
