About Gabriel

I’ve been behind the camera since the film days. What started in the darkroom turned into a career that’s taken me from magazine covers in Boston to destination weddings in Greece — and now to my creative studio in New Braunfels, Texas.

I specialize in bold, story-driven portraits filled with emotion and dramatic light. I photograph families, seniors, sports with real fire and smoke, pets, and my signature Santa storybook experience — all with the same intention: to create artwork that outlives us.

My clients come to me because they want more than just nice photos. They want someone who sees the big picture. Someone who helps them plan, pose, and feel confident — without losing the emotion or the fun.

I’m not here to rush you through a gallery of digital files. I’m here to help you create something lasting — storybooks, wall art, heirlooms.

More Than Photos With Santa, It's An Experience.

I go into each time slot custom to each family and I genuinely want to hand you a custom storybook or signature heirloom album, along with innovate wall art. 

I grew up looking at photo albums with family and I'm 44 now and that is what I wish I had right now to remember them by. Back then the albums were made of sheer sheets that we put 4x6 pictures into. Albums have evolve into storybooks filled with your story that we create together to make a heirloom item to pass down from generation to generation. 

We are now introducing custom oil paintings inspired by Norman Rockwell's style.

"My family has been working with Gabe for years now. We started off just doing family photos and Christmas cards. We loved his work so much that when we got engaged he was the first vendor we booked for our wedding! He has been so easy to work with answer every question I had along the way and this was all before COVID. After covid hit we had to postpone our big wedding, and Gabe was very easy to work with all the changes that needed to be made. We ultimately decided on a small ceremony in addition to the large wedding later, so we could get married, Gabe was right there capturing this intimate ceremony. It's not just photos with him its a complete story of the event. There's real emotion in every photo he captures. He will be the only one that I have capture the important moments in my family, because his work is true art not just photos!"
